Surrounded by a magnificent natural environment, in the heart of MERCOSUR, Arapey Thermal Resort & Spa is located in an area of Uruguay of easy access by varied means, whether you come from another part of the country or from our neighbouring countries. Uruguay offers a very good national route network which is considered the safest in America because of its good conditions, signals and information.

If you are willing to use public transport, you may select coaches which connect the main cities with the city of Salto and later with Termas del Arapey (Arapey hot springs).  

To make it easier for you, we include different options so that you have a safe journey to Arapey Thermal Resort & Spa:

FROM MONTEVIDEO – URUGUAY (SEE MAP)
To reach the hotel coming from Montevideo, take Route 3 heading North until “Termas del Arapey” junction (km 548), turn right and drive for 19 km until you reach Arapey Thermal Resort & Spa.

FROM BUENOS AIRES – AREGENTINA (SEE MAP)
• Take Route 14 until CONCORDIA – SALTO International Bridge, then access Route 3 and continue driving until until “Termas del Arapey” junction (km 548), turn right and drive for 19 km until you reach Arapey Thermal Resort & Spa.
• If you arrive in Uruguay crossing COLON – PAYSANDU International Bridge, take Route 3 and continue as indicated previously.
• If you arrive in Uruguay crossing GUALEGUAYCHU – FRAY BENTOS International Bridge, take Route 24 heading Paysandú (110 km) until junction with Route 3 and continue as indicated previously.

FROM BRAZIL (SEE MAP)
• One option is arriving in Uruguay crossing the Rivera - Santa Ana do Livramento frontier post : drive along Route BR 153 (Rio Grande do Sul) and take Route 5 (Uruguay) up to Tacuarembó. Then take Route 26 until junction with Route 3, and continue driving until “Termas del Arapey” junction (km 548), turn right and drive for 19 km until you reach Arapey Thermal Resort & Spa.
• From Quaraí – Artigas across De La Concordia International Bridge, take Route 4 until Salto (204 km). Then take Route 3, and continue driving until “Termas del Arapey” junction (km 548), turn right and drive for 19 km until you reach Arapey Thermal Resort & Spa.
• From Uruguaiana – Bella Unión, across Paso de los Libres, drive along Route 3, and continue until “Termas del Arapey” junction (km 548), turn right and drive for 19 km until you reach Arapey Thermal Resort & Spa.
